The following Runner’s & Walker’s checklist will help to plan your next running or walking workout adventure. We presume that everybody owns basic T-shirts, sweats, and socks. So we move on from there. Each level builds on the one before it. Of course, the number of outer garments you fill your drawers with depends on you … and the patience of your partner.
