The Continental Divide Trail Alliance
The Continental Divide Trail Alliance is working to complete, maintain and protect the 3,100 mile National Scenic Trail, stretching from Canada to Mexico. The Trail travels through 25 National Forests, 3 National Parks, 12 Wilderness Areas and 8 Bureau of Land Management Resource Areas. The CDTA coordinates several volunteer projects annually and has initiated an Adopt-A-Trail program for volunteers from across the country.
